The excellent quality of our castings is the result of continuous and diligent efforts of our team of qualified experienced professionals. Our Quality plan ensures that all batches of input raw materials are rigorously tested on receipt and accepted for use only if they meet our exact specifications. Continuous monitoring of the manufacturing process and rigid controls begins right from the preparation and conditioning of moulding sands and core making. Another moulding process thereafter coupled with strict metallurgical control of melting, metal treatment, casting and subsequent processing ensures a consistent product quality to satisfy our customers. We are equipped with modern state-of-art instrumentation for control of moulding/core sand mixtures, chemical and metallurgical characteristics of liquid metal, castings, heat treatment, product quality monitoring and assessment.
